all-purpose flour | 2 cups 中筋面粉 |
baking soda | 1 teaspoon 小苏打 |

butter | 1/2 cup 牛油 |

- 第1步.
预热烤箱至350F/175C。 烤盘涂上一层油。 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9*5 inch loaf pan. (healthier and easier if use olive oil spray!)
- 第2步.
盆里放入面粉、小苏打、盐,搅拌均匀。 In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 第3步.
另拿一容器微波融化牛油,加入糖搅拌一下,再加入打散的蛋和香蕉,搅拌均匀。 In a separate bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. (microwave butter for 1 min to melt) Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
- 第4步.
将前两步骤混合,均匀即可,不要过度搅拌。 Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. (Stir just to moisten. Do not over stir.)
- 第5步.
将面糊倒入烤盘,翻入烤箱烤60分钟。 Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
- 第6步.
取出放凉10分钟(比较好切)。 Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

可依喜好在步骤四添加巧克力或胡桃仁。
Stir in chocolate chips or pecans if you'd like before pouring into the pan.
